Type of Issue: Code refactor

Revert PR #320:

Default filters were hardcoded to access list views from Menu buttons to try and reduce loading time.
Some might not be relevant in the long run. See "TODO" comments to revert back to original links.

will need to revert PR #396 as well once proper pagination is implemented in prod
