Fix Family Name is None

While registering a user, if the family name is left blank, the user is displayed as <First_Name> None. It would be nice to display just the first name if the family name is None.

Thank you for reporting this issue! I think a better way to address this would be to add form validation so the family name cannot be left blank

Note: another related issue just came up in which commas contained in the family_name field prevented exporting an email list to a csv file. So we definitely need to implement form validation / sanitization
