Running list of conditions wording updates:

  • Change "outside" to "common area" for windows and doors
  • Capitalize months (e.g. September and May)
  • Change to “plumbing problem(s)”?
  • Move "unfinished concrete" to explanation
  • Change to stove or oven are defective

Stef and Cassie to look through the list of conditions and provide feedback.

General ideas included adding specific room to duplicative conditions and ensuring each room has all possible conditions included vs just removing duplicate issues if the user selects the same condition in multiple rooms.
