Trouble With Mission

I'm playing through my personal server solo and I am up to Queen of the Dance (from WotG) and the CS that I get at Lion Spring Tavern in the past didn't complete properly. Saw a video on youtube and the CSs stopped mid way so my character didn't get credit for the mission.
Can someone give me a crash course on debugging an improperly working mission and how my GM character would go about completing it, resetting it, finishing it etc?
Also a bit of info on CS ids and Log IDs Mission IDs and how that all works.

Thanks for the comment, can you tell me how to "complete" the mission manually with my GM character?

As noted on that issue linked above, it seemed like the mission progress may not be advancing properly to trigger the additional cutscenes.

Sorry, but I do not know the commands to update the status or trigger the CS's (just one of the players that tries to break stuff on xiweb when new content goes live)
