Dynamis - Beaucedine Leering Bijou extremely low drop rate

Sanity checking my understanding of the mob_droplist.sql:
The Leering Bijou (item 3357) needed to pop Angra Mainyu has an 'itemrate' of '10' in the sql, which I'm understanding as 1%.
I compared it to Steelwall Bijou (item 3354) for Bastok boss and that one has an 'itemrate' of '500', which I'm understanding as 50%.

Also, out of the 50+ NMs that should drop it, I can only see it attached to 3 goblin NMs (WAR, RNG, SAM). Thanks for any clarification.

Did a quick look on recorded drop amounts for these various Bijous and it looks like they're Very Common droprates, which should be 24% base before Treasure Hunter is applied.
