Automatic ROI clustering in colorspace

Motivation

Selecting by hand ROI in the color space can be difficult and prompt to errors/not reproducible. We should be able to just click a button given a certain number of cluster we want to achieve and get cone-like ROI.

Pitch

1. Visualize the colorspace using Explore brainbow through channel space #2
2. Enter the number of clusters we want to find (for example 3 or 6 depending on the brainbow expression)
3. Cluster
4. Visualize Cluster like in Select complex ROI in the channel space #3
