I should be able to enable/disable/reconfigure backups of existing wallets.

Context

Currently backups can only be setup when creating a new local wallet.

Zap version : Zap 0.7.2-beta (Linux - AppImage file)

Even not new local wallet - I tried to delete and restore a new wallet in Zap desktop but i have not been asked about backup method.

When I installed the Zap Desktop wallet to computer (Linux) i was asked about backup method. I desired to try to choose the Google Drive but I got error from popup. After this I cannot change this method even after i deleted/restored wallet (through interface of Zap Wallet) :( Now I think about removing ~/.config/Zap folder

UPDATE: After stopping all Zap processes and removing the ~/.config/Zap folder i cannot get a choose menu for a backup method again.

I'm losing access to the Google Drive account I used, and I don't see an option to change backup method.
