win32xp
LMMS crash with no message, if an active note is moved and it has FUNC Arpeggio active.
I used one note in default 3oc, and synchronized arp to 1/16 over 2 octaves
3 times the crash was emediately, one it came after pushing the notes around several times

Cannot reproduce. Using the July 10th build of 1.0.92. Steps I performed:

  1. Open new blank project
  2. On default TripleOscillator, FUNC tab:
  3. Time: Tempo Sync 1/16 Note
  4. Range: 2
  5. Everything else: Default.
  6. Open new piano roll for default TripleOscillator, move note (no crash)
  7. Playback piano roll segment while moving (no crash)
  8. Playback song while moving (no crash)

(Testing performed on Windows 7 x64).

tresf, Can you try this file.

It happens every time on xp32. If it does not crash for you, there is a difference between either win7/xp or 32 / 64 bit or both..
Move the note u/d with mouse.
Once it crashed with message

But most time lmms just disapears, with no warning, no message

Can't reproduce this either.

Someone has to figure out how to reproduce these issues on some other OS than XP, otherwise there isn't much that can be done.

@musikBear, I tried your crashArpMoveNote.mmp on Windows 8 x64 and Windows XP x32 couldn't reproduce.

All I'm doing is hititing play and dragging the note around. Is that what you are doing? Do you have a 3rd party sound driver installed that might be causing this issue?
