Enhancement Summary

We need to have updated versions of LADSPA plugins bundled with LMMS.

Justification

LADSPA plugins have been updated quite a bit after our last update. Our versions are lagging behind on some bug fixes and extra features. Also, some of these updates which we are lagging behind also include some fixes needed for #6758.
