Add Controller API that will create a Virtual ControlledEntity from an AEM

The idea is for the controller to generate a "defaulted" Virtual ControlledEntity based on a specific AEM (needs to be loaded first so need a model manager, or maybe directly from an aem file??). The API will only request the configuration index to use and it will create such entity with that specific configuration as active.
