How to Configure Multi-Module Kotlin-JS Build #123

If I have two Kotlin-JS Modules KotlinJsProducerModule & KotlinJsConsumerModule.
KotlinJsConsumerModule needs to use output of KotlinJsProducerModule .
But this will be a local dependency (and not one like karma). How to build this dependency?
