New custom changelog format is not visible to dependency management services

Thank-you for your work on this package. It has been very useful.

945ff61 replaced CHANGELOG.md with a custom changelog hosted at https://changelogit.korynunn.com. Unfortunately this custom changelog system is not compatible with dependency management services such as Dependabot or Greenkeeper. This means that it is more difficult to review pull requests created by these services to update scroll-into-view to the latest version, as instead of including a list of (ideally human-written) changes, then can only provide a link to GitHub's diff view.

Dependabot and friends will typically source the change list either from the CHANGELOG file or the GitHub release notes. These are particularly useful for semver major releases in case there are issues which applications may need to check for manually.

Please consider re-introducing either a CHANGELOG file or providing GitHub release notes with future releases.
