Dongle-E, timeouts "ERROR_EXCEEDED_MAXIMUM_ACK_TIMEOUT_COUNT"

What happened?

Sonoff E dongle had random timeouts after ember was introduced by Z2M. I updated the firmware and have had trouble since.
Also tried reinstalling Z2M and building a new network - not working.

Tried all 7.4.x.x versions of firmware, but not working.

two logs attached:

• it does not start working
• It works for a about an hour before crash (no changes made in this time)

Sometimes I notice that the USB port/device is not found by home assistant (hardware/show all).
Starting to think that my dongle is busted.

Runs of extension cord, 1,5m from PI4/router plugged into usb 2.0.
ZHA is not installed.

What did you expect to happen?

Nothing, general updates

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

I dont know how others may reproduce. For me its a matter of waiting 1-36 hours
