Provide a Forspoken fork

To finalise the discontinuation of the Forspoken functionality, I propose the creation of a Flagrum fork from when Forspoken support was last known to be at its best. This is so that any future Forspoken modders can take over development without needing to rely on myself, and so that a stable release exists in the event that a Flagrum update in future breaks Forspoken functionality.

Further to this, this would allow me to remove Forspoken functionality from the main Flagrum fork to reduce the amount that needs to be maintained, as Forspoken is barely ever touched by anyone.
