Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm having an issue where the video will fail to load because KentPlayer is down. This is unrelated to #27 .

Describe the solution you'd like
Users should be told when KentPlayer or Panopto are down so they know that Kentflix won't work.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative solution would be to just to inform the user that Kentflix isn't working whenever KentPlayer or Panopto aren't working.

@AluminiumTech This would be displayed on an individual lecture and not be able to be displayed on the dashboard as there's no KentPlayer API for this
