Images not showing up in EPUBS

What happened?

When reading an EPUB, the server ignores the base_url when trying to load image files.
domain.com/api/book/49/book-resources?file=xyz -> error 404

What did you expect?

domain.com/kavita/api/book/49/book-resources?file=xyz

Kavita Version Number - If you don not see your version number listed, please update Kavita and see if your issue still persists.

Additional Notes

might also be important to know that i had to make many changes directly to the appsettings.json. HostName changes dont get saved. Same goes for the Base_URL when editing in browser. Works fine when working with the smtp setting.
