Add feature to hide a mod, so that it no longer appears in the list. Add a filter to show "hidden" mods.

This would be a very useful feature to me and I think many other users. It would allow a user to simplify the list and focus just on what they are considering. As-is, the list is getting incredibly long and too cumbersome to manage without a hide feature.

I'm closing this in favour of #1021 since categories are a more broadly appealing feature that should address the need for a smaller scope of mods seen at once.
