From Bhakti mam

  • Keystore for the migrater wallet
  • Sufficient ether in migrater wallet to deploy contracts on ethereum
  • 3 Keystores for each validator node
  • Create 2 private keys for TimeSwappers and Buzcafe and give address of it

  • Create 3 servers
  • setup blockc and kami

From myself

  • Finalize the repo and mention commit to be used to deploy alpha mainnet
  • Finalize deploy script and manually test contracts in testnet enviorment
  • Finalize chain spec for mainnet. Keep an element of state root change to make pre-alpha-mainnet and alpha-mainnet possible for the same chain.
  • Write script that reduces the N value of a keystore

Post deploy checklist

  • Add a tag to the commit to make it clear which commit was used in the deploy
  • Mention all addresses in the README
  • Release SDK with mainnnet addresses
  • Update SDK on all UIs and switch to mainnet
  • Add validator addresses as a dropdown in TimeAlly
