New Tempest Version & Siteconfig Update

Dear Tempest Users;

Merry Christmas to all;

By using advantage of Christmas period(some relaxation on workload), I found chance to update all siteconfig files with new encryption module which was highlighted on v2.1.0.0 release

So all siteconfigs in repo have been successfully updated with new faster module. And also had chance to work on new Tempest release which will fix several bugs and have significant improvement on will be jointly released new docker image. Since for long time I am receiving requests for updating docker image and finally made below changes;

• Alpine updated to latest (3.21)
• Nginx updated to latest (1.27)
• Php updated to 8.3.15
• Auto Tempest Updating script added to container so if there is any Tempest update, will be done automatically on container start-up
• Moderate bug which causes failure on Synchrotron module, fixed
• Server/Php settings tweaked for performance so it will be faster than ever
• Some more improvement

So stay tuned for upcoming v2.3.0.0 and new docker image..
