The same idea as JupiterOne/graph-microsoft-endpoint-defender#38
After doing some research, it looks like you can parse ipAddresses in order to determine if the identifiers are for an internal or private system. This PR uses this fact to pull all public-facing macAddress identifiers to help better identify the device for consolidation down the road.
