Support to get the config diff between active and staging configuration of all the devices

Customer ZF use terraform for deploying blueprint in Apstra. Everytime when they apply terraform, customer want to get the config diff, that will deployed to all the devices. This will help them in reviewing the config.

Please support in terraform to getting the config diff from all the devices in blueprint.
