If possible, parse the archives at https://ftp.isc.org/pub/usenet/control/ and https://ftp.isc.org/pub/usenet/control-old/ to retrieve the descriptions of removed newsgroups, the dates of removal, the dates of creation of still existing or removed newsgroups, and other information suitable in the NAS database.

Be careful not to take into account forged control articles...
