  1. Add abstract type AbstractGame and make SingleRoom a subtype of AbstractGame.
  2. Add RCW.reset! and RCW.act! for SingleRoom.
  3. Print out some useful info about the environment at every step.
  4. Add struct RLBaseEnv.
  5. Add RLBase API for SingleRoom.
  6. Add tests running a random policy.
