XSLT_jll fails precompilation on Linux/WSL2

The latest release of XSLT_jll (v1.1.42) doesn't work for me under WSL2/openSUSE-Tumbleweed and breaks things like Makie.
Rolling back to v1.1.41 seems to fix the issue:

Thanks for looking into this.

I'm afraid I don't understand from the error messages what is causing this issue. Same happens with v1.11.2.
