Decide who to vote for:

1. List of members, by memberId (or handle) [ ]

Dependencies/requirements:

• After announcing period ended (#604,800 ~Thu Apr 28 2022 ~2230 GMT)
• Before voting period has ended (#619,200 ~Thu Apr 29 2022 ~2230 GMT)

Steps:

• Roughly ranked order of priorities on who to vote for:
  • Member that has well on a governance related bounty
  • Member that has done well on some other WG, and now wants to join the Council
  • New member that has been part of other governance projects, and wants to try Joystream
  • Newcomer that hasn't proved much, but us showing enthusiasm, is making an effort to get elected on discord, etc.
  • Contributing member that has been away for a while, and now wants to "get back in the game"
  • ...
