Notified that a task was assigned to me, when it was assigned to someone else

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a task
2. Have another admin assign it to a different user

Expected behaviour

Worker should be assigned and you should receive a notification to the effect of "{admin} assigned {task} to {worker}"

Actual behaviour

Worker is assigned and you receive a notification "{admin} assigned you as a worker for {task}"
