AWS-based test infrastructure

Currently, we only have the ability to test these scripts via Vagrant. At present, it's a 7 VM setup plus whatever is being used for kube. We will very soon be scaling up the Gluster node count to ~double where we are currently, making a full-scale test impractical, yet we need to be able to test multi-gluster cluster capabilities of this repo.

Create appropriate tooling to use the AWS cli tools to provision, destroy, start, and stop underlying resources. There also need to be enhancements to the ansible-ec2 script so that we can aim at the production instance or the (proposed) test infrastructure.
