Redirect all traffic to https

I keep looking up how to do this but all the solutions I've been able to find seem like they'd be a whole thing given that I don't feel like doing this myself. I'd mark this as an enhancement if it didn't affect the UI, but right now it won't load the local stylesheets and javascript files properly unless you're on https, so any Font Awesome icons will render as a square on all the pages.
