The legends need to be adjusted. I think it would be best to just say:
red -> sell
green -> buy
white -> center price

It isn't possible to manually adjust the colour of the legend. So I need to find another way.

It isn't possible to set a manually created legend. Values in the legend MUST be derived from the chart's data. You can't create a 'separate' legend so to speak. However, this would be the most appropriate solution..

The current legend says:
Dark shaded -> initial
Bright shaded -> current

There's no other way unless you create some kind of box in which you create your own legend.
