first off, loving berry so much. it really fills this niche of; lightweight, keyboard-manageable, stacking/floating that i was missing in basically every other standalone window manager, so kudos for that. it's been my daily driver for a bit now and aside from a couple of small things, i couldn't be happier with it.
my main gripes have to do with cycle_focus, mainly:
how it interacts with workspaces
i use two monitors, and i find myself often trying to alt+tab to something on my second monitor, but because workspaces are separated per monitor (which i generally like), cycle_focus doesn't include the windows on the non-active monitor.
i can see why it's implemented this way, so this isn't me asking it to be changed so much as if there is a workaround that can be added or source code i can modify to include windows across all workspaces, as i normally only use one for each monitor + maybe one more and generally don't have so many windows open that tabbing through them would be cumbersome.
how it raises windows
my experience in other window managers/desktop environments that include window cycling in some form is that they usually implement some kind of selection-first step before confirming that the window should be raised. typically it's some kind of dialogue box with window icons, but some simply show outlines of the window in question before raising them on confirmation (release of the keybind usually). is there any way i can script that or otherwise implement it using the built-in berryc commands?
thanks again for the awesome project.
