What's wrong with the existing documentation

Dear @Its-Aman-Yadav ,

The GSSoC team has noticed that PRs are being merged in your repository without corresponding issue assignments. This practice is against the GSSoC guidelines, which require PRs to be linked to specific assigned issues to ensure proper tracking and fair contribution evaluation.

We have received multiple complaints from contributors regarding this issue. We kindly request you to adhere to the GSSoC guidelines and merge PRs only when they are connected to an assigned issue.

If this practice continues, we may have to take further action, which could include flagging the project for non-compliance with GSSoC policies.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your prompt action in aligning with the guidelines.
