Data map tech debt

• use QuickCheck instead of Hedgehog
• remove duplication of common test utility functions (done in Add a Plutus Tx test utility package #6086 )
• investigate implementing try functions (see also Add PlutusTx Map backed by Data #5927 (comment))
• use coerce where applicable in Data.AssocMap
• implement toOpaqueListWith (see Add PlutusTx Map backed by Data #5927 (comment))
• investigate improving performance of PlutusLedgerApi.V1.Data.Value.checkBinRel
• Don't use golden tests where unnecessary in the two Value test suites
• Test functional equivalence of the Value types
