Required Info
Camera Model D400
Firmware Version (Open RealSense Viewer --> Click info)
Operating System & Version Linux (Ubuntu 16)
Kernel Version (Linux Only) (e.g. 4.14.13)
Platform NVIDIA Jetson
SDK Version { 2.0 }

Issue Description

whenever I build the librealsense it fails at around 33% saying that it was missing cpuid.h although when i build an older version of the 2.0 sdk it works fine.

Hi @zlesk64
What version of the SDK are you compiling? The latest master (v2.10.3) in theory should not suffer from this problem
