After getting the vaccine, if Annette is replaced by Claire in the cutscene that plays after exiting the vaccine room when Annette runs away she'll endlessly run in circles, stopping the scene from progressing.

Also, possible improvement for the ammo quantity tooltips? I was thinking it could show the average ammo drops.
