There seems to be a typo under the field second_dose for Žilinský kraj on the 12th May 2021 in Vaccinations file.

Our import pipeline in owid/covid-19 is therefore crashing.

Please excuse me for taking so long. I just checked it as well, and reported this issue to our data provider and will let you know as soon as I get an answer.
