Expected Behavior

Monitoring Rules are available for Virtual Machines, Host Systems and Datastores - but only Virtual Machines show a "Monitoring" tab. This should be unified.

Resolves:
the "Monitoring" tab on the host details under https://icinga/icingaweb2/vspheredb/host?uuid=0b044c641062ade569d11c4affae0c167ef0875c is missing - it exists for VMs.
from #361 - sorry didn't open separate issue for this.
