Automagic variable overrides on CLI

Expected Behavior

The UI allows me to override variables for Services, even when they are Apply-generated, inherited or belong to an applied Service Set. I expect the CLI to offer me the very same functionality:

icingacli director service set 'Inherited Service' --host 'example.com' --vars.john joe --allow-overrides

With Inherited Service being an inherited service this should continue to throw an error when called as before, but should automagically override it's variables at Host Level with --allow-overrides being set.
