[Feature] Invoke-IcingaCheckHTTPStatus: Add a parameter to disable TLS certificate validation

In your usual corporate network you have several HTTP things which speak TLS (HTTPS) but your CA might not be everywhere or there are too many CA or something else.
In any case, it is often necessary to deactivated TLS certificate validation (in general or just the verification whether there is chain of trust).

Invoke-IcingaCheckHTTPStatus could do with one or several parameters similar to most other Monitoring Plugins which speak TLS at some point.
