v0.4.13

Can't save app setting, for all apps.
On pressing save, tag field value is entered but it throws error field is required.

Fresh install

Using firefox and chrome

After update to v0.4.14 its working now

Strange, I got it running after update and system restart

4.14 4.13 4.12 is not working for me

But 4.11 is fine working with no problem
