It would be nice to include 'template.html' in the Docker image in some override-able way. This would mean that the title was available for use by default, and that we'd serve valid HTML by default.
Because of the complexity of the interactions between internal and bind mount locations, it might be best to do this as a string in a similar manner to the welcome text.
