Create Account: Field to ask to be a contributor for a dataverse

Requested by a user: what we would love to see is an option in the "Create Account" form to ask for permission to become a contributor in a selected dataverse - e.g. a pull down list of selectable dataverses.

"Create Account" is "Sign Up" in Dataverse 4.0, right? The sign up form is for local accounts, not Shibboleth accounts, who get their name, email, etc. populated by their identity provider. I'm working on the UI/UX for Shibboleth login at #794 and I'm just trying to think through the implications.
