Reformat Sky Coverage to produce a string formatted list of positional vertices taken from the CRVAL1, CRVAL2 values in FITS headers according to the IVOA Space Time Coordinate standard: http://www.ivoa.net/documents/latest/STC.html
Will review this with Gus once we plan to implement.

This was reviewed with Gus at a recent meeting.
Per his request this is now implemented simply as extracting the X and Y coordinates of the "center pixel", from FITS fields CRVAL1 and CRVAL2, and displaying them as a pair, in parens.
We are NOT going to attempt to calculate the corner coordinates of the rectangular area observed.
For example, for the file M51.34.lmv.fits from Gus's sample collection the value
(201.943583 47.4524998)
will be added to coverage.Spatial in the dataset metadata.
