A Harvard Dataverse user asked if we could add one language to the language vocabulary that the Language metadata field uses to describe the primary language of the data. The language to add is Mixtepec Mixtec.
This user asked that Dataverse makes all languages in the ISO 639-3 vocabulary available (see #4589). Mixtepec Mixtec is one of the languages in ISO 639-3.

Pull request #4668 looks good. It's sort of a lot of work to increment the display order to keep the languages alphabetized but it is what it is. Approved. Moved to QA at https://waffle.io/IQSS/dataverse
