"Tips for Dataverse metadata" document is empty

Hello,

There is a link on the metadata customization page to a google document named "Tips for Dataverse metadata from the community".

The document that it links to is empty: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XpblRw0v0SvV-Bq6njlN96WyHJ7tqG0WWejqBdl7hE0/edit?tab=t.0

I think the change is related to this ticket: #10962 and that the intended document is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tY5t3gjrIgAGoRxVMWQSCh46fnbSmnFDLQ7aLkNLhJ8/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.5df5jo8mw836

@bseeger yes, you might recall we discussed this in Zulip. Thanks for creating this issue!

I vote we simply delete the link to that empty doc (and the surrounding text, of course).
