Hello, when my gene list exceeds a certain length, the visualization display becomes incomplete or misaligned. I would greatly appreciate an option to directly download the analyzed plot data (e.g., CSV/JSON files) so I can manually reprocess and plot the data with full resolution.

Hi @yykuma,

Since you mention gene lists, it seems that you were viewing a multigene plot. I have a few questions that would help me.

  • Did you curate this display on your own or were you viewing an existing display from our gene expression search page?
  • What kind of plot were you trying to view?
  • Is this a one-off occurrence or have you observed this in multiple displays?

Thanks,
Shaun
