C4BB-ExplanationOfBenefit warning received - constraint not generated #3096

Using IBM FHIR Server (main) in Eclipse running testConstraintGenerator against each of the C4BB IG versions (1.0.0 and 1.1.0).

Receiving the following WARNING:

http://hl7.org/fhir/us/carin-bb/StructureDefinition/C4BB-ExplanationOfBenefit

WARNING: Constraint was not generated due to the following error: Discriminator not generated (elementDefinition: ExplanationOfBenefit.meta.profile:supportedProfile, profile: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/carin-bb/StructureDefinition/C4BB-ExplanationOfBenefit)

PB Notes: I expect to see this three times, and only see it once.

Expected outcome:
No Warning or documentation.
