Hello CanReg users or people working on cancer registries (students, epidemiologists...)
I need help pleaaaaaaaaaase!!!

I an a phD student , I used CanReg5 to calculate the incidence rate for cancers from two registries, and I want to compare the rates for my thesis so please is there any statistical test or tool to do this comparison?

It is very important for my work I will be so grateful to anyone who can help me!
