As far as I can tell the last_updated and last_changed attributes of the sensors don't give any information about the last time that the web Kia/Hyundai server was checked - is there a "proper" way to check for this?
I want to define a template sensor "is gps active" that can change to false when the location stops changing. I have seen that the diagnostic device_tracker "Location" changes both its last_updated and last_changed after every poll (even if nothing about Location or its attributes has changed); I can use that as my template trigger, but it seems like undefined behaviour :)
