How to close a notification bar if all the hide params are false

Hi,
I have a case when a user not permitted to close a notification,
but I'd like to close this notification a little bit later manually.
May be you could provide this functionality? Generate some ID on notificationBarService.create and give ability to hide a notification by id throught the service
