TOC with short code markdown includes

Hi,

I wanted to add a sidebar with table of contents and found some insightful code from one of the github issues (here). This is working out fine for normal markdown files. However, I normally write my content in org-mode and then convert it to markdown and including the file using a short code, i.e.

{{$file := .Get 0}} {{ $file | readFile | markdownify }}

Using this method, the headers are not listed under the table of contents. I suspect the short code is included after the table of contents is loaded, is there a way to load the table of contents from a short code include filed?
